We Speak Your Language Program

When communicating in English is not possible or advisable, Valley Presbyterian Hospital is committed to providing interpreter services to help patients and their families communicate in their primary language. We have many ways to make sure our patients and families understand about the care they are receiving.

Interpreter services are available for patients throughout their hospital stay. This means we can arrange for in-person interpreters or video remote interpretation to assist during care, including during procedures, consultations, and discharge planning. If a patient or family member is calling in, we also have access to phone interpreters to support communication.
