In our free Healthy Maturity Exercise class you will learn strength building,
balance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and relaxation, as well
as other exercises. Taught by a Certified Physical Fitness Instructor
and Arthritis Foundation Certified Yoga Teacher, this class is designed
for men and women over the age of 50 to improve physical fitness and well-being.
Our goal is to help you keep moving, active and thriving as you foster
new friendships with classmates and point your body in the right direction.
Special instructions: Classes are offered for mature adults only. Please check the calendar
listings for available days and room numbers. Free parking is available
in the Noble Avenue parking garage.
