In our free Healthy Maturity Exercise class you will learn strength building,
balance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and relaxation, as well
as other exercises. Taught by a Certified Physical Fitness Instructor
and Arthritis Foundation Certified Yoga Teacher, this class is designed
for men and women over the age of 50 to improve physical fitness and wellbeing.
Our goal is to help you keep moving, active and thriving as you foster
new friendships with classmates and point your body in the right direction.
Special instructions: Classes are mainly offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for mature
adults only. The class may be occasionally available on other days as
well. Please check the calendar listings. Free parking is available in
the Noble Avenue parking garage.
