Tamre Del Valle
Interim Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer
Tamre Del Valle was appointed Interim Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer in August 2025. With over two decades of progressive nursing leadership, she brings a deep commitment to evidence-based care, operational excellence, and community-focused healthcare delivery. Prior to this current position, she served as the Director of Critical Care Services at Valley Presbyterian Hospital, where she has led multidisciplinary teams and clinical operations since 2014.
Prior to joining Valley Presbyterian Hospital, Ms. Del Valle held key leadership roles at Community Hospital of San Bernardino, where she served as Clinical Manager of Emergency Services.
As Interim Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer, Ms. Del Valle oversees nursing operations and provides strategic leadership across all clinical nursing departments.
Ms. Del Valle holds a master’s degree in nursing from Capella University, a bachelor’s degree in nursing from California State University, Fullerton, and an associate degree in nursing from Riverside Community College. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Crisis Prevention Intervention, among others. Her professional affiliations include the American Heart Association, Association of California Nurse Leaders, and the National Association of Hispanic Nurses.
