Why a Career With Us?

Valley Presbyterian Hospital nurses reflect our mission, vision and core values of dignity, respect, compassion, transparency and collaboration. This is founded in the belief that patients and their families are the primary focus of care. When you join our team, you will work with a nursing staff in a supportive environment that fosters communication and evidence-based practices.

A Message from Our Chief Nursing Officer

Our nurses share in decision-making with physician partners and specialists, and advance through programs that encourage nurses to invest in their careers and the care of patients. Experience, formal knowledge, critical thinking, kindness, and compassion bring the art and science of nursing together at VPH, one of the largest community hospitals in the Los Angeles area.

Nursing Opportunities

Whether you are experienced or just starting, we have rewarding career opportunities, with competitive wages and benefits. In addition to hosting nursing education opportunities, skills training, and leadership workshops throughout the year, we provide generous tuition reimbursement program for qualified employees. We also help develop the next generation of nurses with our residency program that places recent grads in nursing specialties.
