Valley Presbyterian Hospital supports local community organizations by
providing meeting and special event space. Eligible organizations are
non-partisan, non-profit 501(c) 3, and are planning a community or business
networking meeting or event. Requests with a community healthcare mission
receive priority consideration.
We donate meeting and event space only, including small meeting rooms (10-50
people) and a larger space for groups up to 120 people. Donated space
is available Mondays through Fridays from 8 AM - 6 PM. Requests for space
before or after regular business hours require a hospital sponsor/employee,
who must attend the event or meeting to ensure all facility security and
safety guidelines are followed.
We also offer food, beverage, parking, and other services for a fee.
To request meeting or event space please download, complete and submit the
Donated Space Guidelines and Request form to the email below. A hospital representative will contact you within
48 hours after receiving your request.
