Learn lifesaving skills from a Certified Instructor, designed for students
who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card or certification.
Taught in a dynamic group environment, the hands-on, interactive demonstrations
and instructional videos are ideal for new parents to learn and practice
how to care for an infant emergency, as well as for grandparents, babysitters,
and others interested in learning how to save a life. The course covers
adult, child and infant CPR; how to use an automated external defibrillator
(ED); and techniques to help an adult who is choking.
Special instructions: Classes are offered in English, for adults only. A $15 fee for materials
is required, payable by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express,
check or cash. Payment must be received prior to the class date. Free
parking is available in the Noble Avenue parking garage.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 protocols, this class is limited to 6 participants,
with social distancing. Screenings and temperature monitoring are at the
hospital entrance, and a mask will be provided.
