Our free virtual Baby Beginnings Infant Care class is a "Parents-to-be Survival Guide" with tips on what to expect while you're in the hospital and after you take your new baby home. Our Certified instructor will go over the family-centered care we provide in our Maternity unit before, during and after you give birth, and will teach you the basics of newborn care so you're comfortable at home with your new baby. In her interactive demonstration, she will show you techniques for diapering, swaddling, bathing, soothing, feeding options, and newborn safety; how to manage newborn sleeping patterns and more.
