Kristina Lawrence
Clinical Nurse Manager, Intensive Care Unit
Kristina Lawrence was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and grew up in Burbank, California. She started working at Valley Presbyterian Hospital in 2009 as a Unit Secretary. While in her secretary role, she also managed going to nursing school. She graduated from College of the Canyons in 2014 with her Associates Degree in Nursing and started in the PACU and quickly transferred to ICU. In 2016, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. She currently holds certifications as a Critical Care RN (CCRN), Board Certified Cardiovascular RN (CVRN-BC), and Wound Care Certification (WCC). Her most significant professional accomplishment was obtaining her CCRN certification. It is something that many critical care nurses aspire to achieve.
