Ke'an Zhang
Director, Clinical Resource Management
Ke'an Zhang received her associate degree in nursing over 20 years ago, and then obtained her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. Ke'an also holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from DePaul University. She has been instrumental for several organizational initiatives including the ED redesign, the development of a PRN nursing float pool program, service recovery and patient experience. Her leadership style is to be hands-on and present.
