Ways to Give

Our Commitment. Our Community.

Excellence in All We Do

At Valley Presbyterian Hospital, we are committed to our mission— to improve the quality of health in the San Fernando Valley. As the only independent, nonprofit, community hospital in the Valley region, our organizational structure allows us to be nimble to meet the growing and changing health care needs of our community. With strong leadership and the help of visionary philanthropists, we strive each and every day to realize our vision of "Excellence in all we do." Your gift, in any amount, directly supports our patients, community programs and facilities, and enables us to serve our community by delivering the best possible health care.

Ways to Give

You can support Valley Presbyterian Hospital in a variety of ways – and every gift makes an impact:

Annual Gifts

One-time gifts in the form of cash, check, credit card or stock transfers are considered cash gifts and are recognized at the level of the gift received.

Memorial and Tribute Gifts

These gifts are designated to honor the memory of a family member or friend, to celebrate or recognize a special occasion, or to pay tribute to an individual who has made a difference in your life.

Multi-Year Pledges

Gifts of $10,000 or more may be made over a period of up to five years. Donor benefits are awarded at the pledge level (e.g., a $10,000 pledge is recognized as a $10,000 gift and receives all benefits at that level). Pledge payments may be paid in cash, check, credit card or negotiable securities.

Matching Gifts

Did you know you can sometimes double or even triple your gift? Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. This is another way to make the most of your gift. Check with your employer, your spouse's employer, or even the company from which you retired.

Corporate Circle

Companies that support VPH with a gift of $500 or more are recognized as members of the Corporate Circle, a select group of supporters and civic leaders committed to making a difference in the community.

Legacy Circle

Donors who wish to include VPH in their estate plans may make gifts in a variety of ways, including: Please visit our Legacy Circle section for further information on how you can become a member of the Legacy Circle and how to request additional information about estate planning options.
