Dr. Andros leads the forefront of a new integrated approach to amputation prevention that involves vascular surgical procedures to restore circulation in diabetic limbs. Dr. Andros’ multi-specialty model for care has seen tremendous results, dramatically reducing the number of amputations for patients with diabetes.

A member of the American Diabetes Association and the Society for Vascular Surgery, Dr. Andros is also a Board-certified vascular surgeon with over 40 years experience and is a renowned specialist in revascularization of diabetic limbs. He also serves as the Co-Director of the Diabetic Foot Global Conference.

A Board-certified podiatrist specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of diabetes-related lower-extremity complications. Fellowship-trained in diabetic limb salvage, Dr. Rogers is a recognized author, lecturer and researcher in his specialty, as well as the immediate-past Chair of the Foot Care Council for the American Diabetes Association. Dr. Rogers has won awards for research and is the recipient of the 2011 APMA Rising Star Award.

Podiatric Surgery

Dr. Belczyk is a fellowship trained Podiatric surgeon specializing in infection, trauma, deformity correction and post-traumatic reconstruction of the foot and ankle. He is actively involved with teaching, research and clinical trials. He lectures on diabetic charcot reconstruction and soft tissue coverage of the diabetic foot.

Dr. Belczyk completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is fellowship trained in Limb Salvage Techniques at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He completed an AO fellowship in Lugano, Switzerland. He has advanced surgical training in external fixation from the Russian Ilizarov Scientific Center for Restorative Traumatology and Orthopaedics in Kurgan, Russia and from KAT General Hospital in Athens, Greece.
