Dr. Andros leads the forefront of a new integrated approach to amputation prevention that involves vascular surgical procedures to restore circulation in diabetic limbs. Dr. Andros’ multi-specialty model for care has seen tremendous results, dramatically reducing the number of amputations for patients with diabetes.
A member of the American Diabetes Association and the Society for Vascular Surgery, Dr. Andros is also a Board-certified vascular surgeon with over 40 years experience and is a renowned specialist in revascularization of diabetic limbs. He also serves as the Co-Director of the Diabetic Foot Global Conference.

A Board-certified podiatrist specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of diabetes-related lower-extremity complications, Dr. Rogers has succeeded in reducing amputation rates for his diabetic patients by 72%. Fellowship-trained in diabetic limb salvage, Dr. Rogers is a recognized author, lecturer and researcher in his specialty, as well as the Chair of the Foot Care Council for the American Diabetes Association.
