HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Medical Plans

Choose between two medical plans: an OAP In-Network or a HMO plan, including prescription. Coverage will vary based on selection and employee status.

Dental and Vision Plans

We offer two dental plans, PPO or DMO for preventative dental care and for other dental services. Our vision plans offer exams, frames, and contact lenses.

Flexible Spending Accounts

You can opt to set aside money, on a pre-tax basis to pay for certain eligible health care and dependent care expenses.

RETIREMENT AND INVESTMENT

403 (b) Tax Deferred Annuity

We provide you with opportunity to make pre-tax contributions to saves toward your retirement.

401 (a) Profit Sharing

Additional retirement plan to further help with your retirement saving. It is entirely funded by Valley Presbyterian Hospital and does not require you to make contribution to take advantage of this retirement benefit.

LIFE AND DISABILITY

Life & AD&D Insurance

We offer basic life and basic accidental death & dismemberment to all eligible employees at no cost to help protect you and your family from the unforeseen financial hardship of a serious accident that causes death or dismemberment. You have the option to purchase additional coverage for yourself and for your dependents as well.

Voluntary Long Term Disability

If you suffer a covered disability while insured by this plan, you will receive monetary benefits designed to help you maintain your regular lifestyle.

Sun Life Voluntary Plans

Supplemental insurance designed to help replace loss of wages, for a specified amount of time if you become ill or injured.
